SHIPPING/DELIVERY
What are your shipping options?
Currently, we only provide (FREE Domestic) and (Variable FLATE RATE International) shipping. Once an order is placed we go to work with our carriers searching for fast, reliable and secure shipping. This also means that choosing the best option is at our discretion, therefore we cannot provide real-time shipping options on our website. We feel this is the best and most transparent method to offer these shipping discounts.
When will I receive my order?
Completed orders ship within 48hrs and include tracking and insurance. Once shipped, Domestic orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks and International orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks. If you have questions regarding shipping to your specific location, please contact us with your full name and mailing address and we will do our best to get you the most accurate information.
**Please understand that at the time of this writing, shipping may take longer due to CUSTOMS restrictions beyond our control.
What if I never received my order?
Please double check your tracking info online to get the latest updates on the status of your package. If you still need help or assistance with locating your package, please contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Contact us immediately before your order ships with as much detail as possible and we'll make the necessary adjustments.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Did we make a mistake?
While it's not common, if we sent you the wrong item, size or color we'll be happy to get you the correct item right away, as long as it's unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Include the UNWASHED & UNWORN product, a note explaining the mistake, and your order number. The same thing applies if your merch arrives damaged. We are happy to provide a return label via email for you to send the item(s) back.
Please make sure to contact us right away for returns, we need to start the process within 30 days of the date you receive the item.
Or did you just change your mind?
If you're not happy with your purchase and have not worn, washed or damaged the piece of merchandise, just contact us and we'll be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
